Curry Cauliflower Steaks

INGREDIENTS
- 2 whole cauliflower heads
- 3 tablespoons Dad’s Own
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
- ½ tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon green onions, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk Dad’s Own, vegetable oil, paprika and curry powder until mixed.
- Turn cauliflower heads upside down and cut off the florets on two sides of the stem (save the florets).
- From the stem, slice the remaining cauliflower to make two ¾ inch -1 inch steaks from each head.
- Place steaks on their side and brush with ½ of the sauce mixture. Flip steaks and brush with remaining sauce.
- Place steaks in a single layer on their side and spray with oil. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Carefully turn the steaks, spray with more oil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle green onions over each steak.
