Honey Glazed Salmon

INGREDIENTS
- 24 ounces skinless salmon filets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup Dad’s Own
- ⅓ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Whisk together, garlic, Dad’s Own, honey and red pepper flakes in a small bowl
- Place salmon filets in a sealable bag, add half of the marinade mixture to the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add salmon to the pan and discard the marinade that was in the bag. Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove salmon from the pan and set aside
- Add the remaining half of marinade to the pan and reduce until thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve
Serving: Best served with a side of rice and green vegetables, such as broccoli or asparagus.
