Mixed Bar Snacks

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 cups mixed Chex cereal, corn, wheat and rice
  • 3 cups Snyder’s pretzel sticks
  • 2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
  • 1.5 cups salted mixed nuts
  • 1 cup Cheez-Its
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons Dad’s Own
  • 2 tablespoons Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 225 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cereals, Cheez-Its, pretzel sticks and nuts.
  • In a separate medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and whisk.
  • Pour liquid ingredients over dry ingredients and carefully toss to evenly coat.
  • Evenly spread the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 2 hours. Toss every 20-30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Cool before serving, can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for several months.
